MUHS Archives

Mission Statement

The Marquette University High School Archives is the official repository for non-current MUHS records having permanent historical, legal, fiscal, administrative, or exhibit value. The mission of the Marquette University High School Archives is to identify, collect, arrange, describe, and preserve MUHS records and to make them available for administrative, instructional, and research use.

Collection Development Policy

The Marquette University High School Archives documents the history of MUHS from its origins as St. Aloysius Academy to the present. The MUHS Archives collects all records of enduring value created by offices, departments, committees, and student organizations. In addition, the MUHS Archives selectively collects materials of enduring value related to MUHS created by others, including (but not limited to) students, alumni, faculty, and staff. All formats are considered.
