Marquette University High School is located at North 35^th Street and West Wisconsin Avenue, west of downtown Milwaukee. The main entrance is located on Michigan Street, one block south of Wisconsin Avenue.

From the WEST: I-94 East to Exit 309A (35^th Street), North on 35th Street to Michigan Street, East on Michigan Street to the school parking lot.

From the EAST: I-94 West to Exit 309A (35^th Street), North on 35th Street to Michigan Street, East on Michigan Street to the school parking lot.

From the SOUTH: I-43 North, to I-94 West to Exit 309A (35^th Street), North on 35th Street to Michigan Street, East on Michigan Street to the school parking lot.

From the NORTH: I-43 South, to I-94 West, to Exit 309A (35th Street), North on 35th Street to Michigan Street, East on Michigan Street to the school parking lot.
