Marquette University High School delivered one of the top performances in the country at the 2026 Science Olympiad National Tournament, finishing 8th overall in Division C.

Competing against the nation’s strongest high school Science Olympiad programs, MUHS earned 288 team points and secured a top-10 national finish. 

MUHS earned several national medals, including third-place finishes in Anatomy and Physiology, Bungee Drop, Codebusters, Disease Detectives and Forensics.

• Anatomy and Physiology — Ethan-Jeffrey Lomo-Tettey and Arjun Patel, 3rd place
• Boomilever - Jack Lemke and Thomas Perucci - 10th Place 
• Bungee Drop — Finn Daily and Alex Muha, 3rd place
• Chemistry Lab — William Peelen and Thomas Petrucci, 11th place
• Circuit Lab - Alex Muha and Emerson Porter - 15th place 
• Codebusters — Ethan-Jeffrey Lomo-Tettey, Isaac Neumann and Gavin Bartz, 3rd place
• Code Craze -Spencer Robinson and  Robert Swoboda, 2nd place
• Designer Genes - Arjun Patel and Ethan Jeffrey Lomo-Tettey, 5th place
• Disease Detectives — Arjun Patel and William Peelen, 3rd place
• Dynamic Planet - Arjun Patel and Willie Peek, 23rd place
• Entomology - Issac Neumann and James Pienkos, 5th place
• Experimental Design — Jack Lemke, Guy Johnson and Charlie Gittins, 8th place

This year marks the 10th anniversary of the MUHS Science Olympiad team, and their 6th consecutive appearance at the national tournament.
