This class will immerse students in the process of creative video production. The class will introduce students to the full filmmaking process from initial collaboration on creating an idea, to filming, acting, and directing, and through editing and final presentation. Parents will be invited to the final class for the students’ very own Film Festival showcasing the creative work of the student groups. Equipment will be provided for use during the class.l

With Pixlr Editor, a free web-based photo editor, you will quickly learn how to trim something from one photo and place it into another image. You will also learn how easily you can add text to or draw on a photo, add fun filter effects, and create collages. (Pixlr is like PhotoShop, but it’s simpler to use and it’s free.)
