Fall Salad Supper - Tuesday, October 22, 2024

Join MUHS alumni mothers for an evening of camaraderie and conversation. Gather at 5:30 pm in Room 127 at MUHS. Enjoy a brief presentation by Dan Miller, MUHS Coordinator of Global Education, followed by dinner. Bring a salad for ten or $15 at the door. Beverages and dessert will be provided. Continuing with the theme of the Ignatian Global Scholars program, be a part of a book discussion after dinner of the book Left to Tell: Discovering God Amidst the Rwandan Holocaust by Immaculée Ilibagiza at 7 p.m. in the MUHS Board Room. The discussion is presented by American Friends of Journey House Actions Rwanda (AFJHAR) and led by AFJHAR board members and MUHS parents Tracy Josetti and Julie Steinhafel, via Zoom. MUHS is a partner of AFJHAR and one of the upcoming service trips in the Summer of 2025 will visit Journey House Actions, largely funded by AFJHAR.

Gather in the spirit of friendship and give thanks for the many blessings and memories shared at Marquette University High School at the AMG Mass & Brunch. Typically held in early November, Mass is celebrated in the Three Holy Companions Chapel with brunch to follow.

AMG provides lunch for MUHS faculty and staff. Members donate a dish or assist with set-up, serving or clean-up. 

AMG provides meals on the second Tuesday of the month (September through May) for the ASC teachers living across the street from MUHS.

Eucharistic Adoration, an opportunity for individual, silent prayer before the exposed Blessed Sacrament occurs in the Three Holy Companions Chapel.

You are always welcome to join for your own private prayer anytime during Adoration, just drop in. Sponsored by MUHS Mothers Guild.

This morning of spiritual reflection, is centered around Mass and features a notable speaker. Online registration with the option to purchase a boxed lunch will be available by visiting Event Registration found under the Quicklinks drop-down menu at www.muhs.edu. Sponsored by MUHS Mothers Guild.
