Strength & Conditioning Resources During Virtual Learning
The strength and conditioning staff is providing workout options and tips for maintaining student well-being with the main goal being to remain physically active and make healthy choices. It is recommended to get 60 minutes of activity each day and getting outside. It can be as simple as taking a walk or performing activity within the school day. Families are encouraged to join their students to be active and start healthy habits along with them. Having everyone working together provides a great support network and makes it easier for everyone.
