JANUARY 7, 2021 HILLTOPPER PARENT WEEKLY Dear Parents and Guardians,
Happy new year! May we all look forward to the brighter days ahead in 2021. This year will mark the Year of St. Ignatius, founder of the Jesuits. During the year we commemorate 500 years since the conversion of St. Ignatius. The year presents an opportunity for us all to learn more about Jesuit education, what distinguishes the Ignatian mission, and how that mission is animated at MUHS. In the coming months you will receive special messages about the charism and identify of Jesuit education written by our very own Pastoral Associate, Fr. Doug Leonhardt, S.J. We are pleased to have Fr. Leonhardt continue his ministry at his alma mater after previously serving in the roles of principal and president of MUHS. Stay tuned for the "Did You Know" series.
Thank you for the special commitment you make as parents for your son's Jesuit education at MUHS. This is a gift of a lifetime that will continue to grow!
AMDG, Principal
