| Dear Parents and Guardians, Today is the last day of the first quarter. We are grateful for the many blessings of the quarter and look toward continuing experiences of faith, scholarship, and community as we begin second quarter next week. |

In two weeks we will hold parent-teacher conferences. Based on parent feedback, we will hold these conferences in a virtual format. This format will provide you the opportunity to make an efficient use of time by pre-scheduling meetings with teachers to discuss your son's academic progress and growth opportunities. Conferences will be held on Thursday, Oct. 27, from 3 p.m. – 7 p.m., and Friday, Oct. 28, from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. You will receive step-by-step instructions via email on Oct. 17 and are welcome to schedule times that are convenient for you. In the second quarter MUHS will prepare for its re-accreditation through Cognia. An accreditation through Cognia is a mark of educational distinction that is recognized throughout the world. We will complete a self-study report in preparation for an external review in the second semester. This process allows us to review our curriculum, academic programs, and co-curricular offerings so that we may leverage our strengths and continue to improve the experiences of a Marquette High education. You will receive more information about this in the coming weeks as well as a survey asking for your valuable feedback. May your son enjoy some well-deserved rest this long weekend. Let us begin the second quarter with an openness to continuous growth. AMDG, Jeff Monday Principal |

There are no food allergies or sensitivities and food may arrive already cooked or with instructions on how to cook. Please keep in mind that the organizer of the meal train is not an MUHS parent so if you have any questions please reach out to Tracie Sparks or Heather Ferber.
