Strength & Conditioning Registration Form - Winter 2023

Registration for the winter session of Blue & Gold, Hilltopper Sports Performance Academy, and Powerlifting is open through Nov. 3, 2023. 


 

 

 

 

Program Overview

Students participating in Hilltopper Strength & Conditioning will need to sign up for regularly scheduled workouts and commit to their assigned time. The structured schedule will spread out the number of users and improve safety, efficiency, effectiveness, and instruction. The end result being maximal physical development and ensuring that all students have access to and opportunity to utilize equipment and receive instruction. All students (athletes and non-athletes) that would like to use the Noack Strength & Fitness Center need to participate in one of the structured programs. These programs are not part of Freshmen Fitness or required to complete Freshmen Fitness.

If you plan on participating in Hilltopper strength and conditioning programs, you need to complete and submit the form. Students will be assigned to a group based on criteria including grade, experience, attitude, effort, and previous commitment level. For fall 2023, return the completed form by Aug. 16 for the best chance to be placed in your preferred group. Spots are limited for each session. Plan your daily routine and commit to the schedule to maintain your spot.

By registering, you are committing to making your assigned workout consistently and working hard. You will show up on time and be ready to go, be a leader, and follow coach’s instruction. Additional effort will be made outside training sessions to follow a healthy diet, recovery plan, and obtain eight hours of sleep each night. By doing so, you will have done everything possible to ensure reaching your performance and fitness goals. You should have pride knowing you committed to and worked hard to improve yourself. Leave nothing to chance and have no regrets. Go Hilltoppers!

OFF-SEASON HILLTOPPER SPORTS PERFORMANCE ACADEMY ($20 Fee)
GROUP ‘A’ – 3:25-4:25 MON/WED/FRI
GROUP ‘B’ – 4:25-5:25 MON/WED/3RD during school Thu or Fri
GROUP ‘C’ – School Day / Open Lift Times

BLUE & GOLD CLUB (No Fee)
GROUP ‘A’ - 4:15-5:00 TU/TH
GROUP ‘B’ – School day

POWERLIFTING
Powerlifting will take place within HSPA A, B, C

IN-SEASON HILLTOPPER PERFORMANCE ACADEMY (No Fee)
Takes place with team or twice during school if team does lift as group
☐ Soccer ☐ Cross Country ☐ Volleyball

PERFORMANCE SESSIONS (SPEED, AGILITY, PLYOS, MOBILITY) – Location and time TBD (check emails)


Remember, you can only control what you can. Put yourself in the best position to succeed when the time comes, whatever that may be for you. Work hard in any capacity that you can and be confident that you have done all that is possible to better yourself.
