Admissions Book Program

Returning Books from the 2023-2024 School Year - If you are currently part of the Admissions Book Program, you will receive separate instructions on how to turn in books from this school year.

Books for the 2024-2025 School Year - If you have been notified by the Admissions Department that you are a part of the Admissions Book Program, do not attend the Mothers Guild Used Book Sale or purchase books from another source. More information will be provided to you regarding your book pick-up process.

**PLEASE NOTE: BOOKS COLLECTED ONE DAY ONLY**

Note: Only books on the MUHS book collection list will be accepted for sale:

The following steps must be done prior to dropping off books on May 22:
  1. List all books for sale on the Inventory Form. (Additional forms will be available the day of the used book collection.)
  2. Complete one envelope for each book with the following information in the upper left-hand corner: ∙
    • Student name
    • Student ID number
    • Book title
    • Venmo account name (if using - e.g. @JaneDoe) ∙
    • Cell # attached to Venmo Account
  3. Place the envelope in the middle of the book, vertically so the envelope can be read.
  4. Please do not price books. We will price the books for you. (Prices will match used book prices online – we’ve shopped the internet so you don’t have to.)

As a service to Marquette University High School, the Mothers Guild organizes the Used Book Sale for all grades. This is a great help to parents because the books are sold at discounted prices and 100% of the sales go directly to the families who sell their books

  • Books will be paid for with individual checks, cash, or Venmo ONLY. Credit cards are not accepted.
  • At the end of the sale day on July 17, families (including graduating seniors) pick up money for sold books AND any unsold books. 
  • Any books not picked up at the end of the Aug. 19 Registration Day, become the property of Mothers Guild. NO EXCEPTIONS.
